간단하고 든든하고 건강하게 먹을 수 있는 토마토 스튜예요 :) 자주 챙겨먹는 메뉴라서 추천드려요! 1. 올리브오일에 채썬 양파, 다진 마늘을 넣고 볶아주세요 2. 미리 잘라둔 완숙 토마토를 넣고 소금을 넣어주어요 (바질가루를 넣으면 더 맛있어요) 3. 토마토가 뭉글러질때까지 끓인다음 계란 하나를 툭 넣어 살짝 저어주면 끝! 저는 이번엔 후무스와 통밀빵을 곁들여서 먹었어요 :) #토마토 #토마토스튜 #스튜 #토마토요리
